Mr. Atul Kanade
More than 30 years of experience in 5* Hotels, Hospital catering, Flight kitchen and Multi-cuisines of India and cruise Line Experience in U.S.A. He is inspired to cook at a young age and then spent his 30 years working in kitchens overseas and in India, developing his own style. Critical recognition came in 2007 when Atul Kanade was the executive Sous-Chef at Sun-N-Sand Hotel Juhu, Mumbai. He is a mastermind who works out his magic with comfort food, well balanced ingredients and world cuisine.
Some of his signature dishes of this place are Braised chicken and bamboo shoot, Barbados ke jhinge prawns, Indo and Thai seekh and much more.
